PLAYER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Paddy Power Bingo and the website www.paddypowerbingo.com are operated and controlled by Paddy Power Isle of Man Limited of Top Floor, 14 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1JA ("Paddy Power"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Paddy Power plc., of Airton House, Airton Road, Tallaght, Dublin 24, Ireland. The contractual relationship is between the registered user ('The Player') and Paddy Power and is governed by these Terms and Conditions and by the laws of Ireland. By registering with Paddy Power Bingo you, The Player, indicate your full acceptance and understanding of the following Terms and Conditions.

• Paddy Power Bingo operates using certified random-number generators, to ensure that all online gaming is fair for all parties concerned.
• Playing at Paddy Power Bingo is restricted to individuals of legal age as determined in the jurisdiction in which the individual resides. Under no circumstances may a person play if they are under 18 years of age.
• It is the sole responsibility of the Player to understand the laws in his/her jurisdiction of residence. Paddy Power does not undertake to provide related legal advice.
• The Player agrees to provide valid information to Paddy Power. The Player acknowledges that the provision of false or incomplete information by The Player renders (i) this agreement and (ii) all winnings payable to The Player void, and that The Player will be liable to Paddy Power for any damages and costs incurred as a result.
• Personal and financial details of all Players will remain strictly confidential, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• One account per Player is permitted, up to a maximum of four accounts per household. Paddy Power reserves the right to terminate a Player account in the event that such Player provides false or misleading registration information or otherwise violates these Player Terms and Conditions.
• Players are responsible for their account transactions and should keep their account information confidential. Players should not allow any other person to use their account, to access and/or use any materials or information from the gaming system, to accept any prize, nor to participate in any of the games using The Player's current Bingo Alias. Should a Player give away, share, or lose his/her account username and/or password, Paddy Power will not be held liable for any claims regarding that account.
• Paddy Power reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager. Management will monitor all wagers and account transactions. All wagers are final once accepted. In the event of a game malfunction, or use of the website in a way not intended by the design, all related wagers are considered null and void, and the account balance will be restored to that prior to the invalid wagering activity.
• The Player understands that Paddy Power Bingo is a proprietary brand name owned by Paddy Power Plc. The Player does not obtain any rights on the trademarks, the trade name nor on any other terms, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies used and owned by Paddy Power or by Paddy Power plc.
• The Player's use of Paddy Power Bingo, associated games and community services is for purposes of the Player's personal entertainment only. Any other usage is strictly prohibited.
• In the event that there is a discrepancy between the game variation as it is recorded in Paddy Power Bingo's database and that recorded by the Player, the calls recorded in the Paddy Power Bingo's game server will be considered final.
• The Player understands that Paddy Power may monitor Player behaviour and that Paddy Power will investigate any behaviour it considers strange or abusive ('Player abuse').
• The Player understands that the chat room and chat services are provided at the discretion of Paddy Power and may be withdrawn at any time. This includes but is not limited to the disabling of a player's chat functionality.
• Collusion between players, either through game player behaviour or chat behaviour is prohibited. Paddy Power will investigate suspected collusion and reserves the right to take action during and as a result of this investigation; this includes freezing of winnings and chat bonuses. If we are satisfied that collusion has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel these winnings.
• Formation of syndicates or consortiums, with a view to pooling funds, hedging, or similar behaviour, is strictly prohibited. Paddy Power will investigate suspected syndicates and group behaviour and reserves the right to take action during and as a result of this investigation, including the freezing of winnings. If we are satisfied that collusion has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel these winnings.
• Paddy Power reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the bonus for any reason, including but not restricted to Player abuse. In case of abuse, Paddy Power reserves the right to discontinue Player's membership and to prevent future access to Paddy Power Bingo by The Player.
• In accepting winnings or any prize the Player consents to their Player Alias being used for advertising or PR purposes without additional compensation.
• All wagers must be placed using the graphic user interface provided on the Paddy Power Bingo website. The use of any electronic gambling aids is strictly forbidden. In the event that non-compliance is determined, management reserves the right to void all such wagers retroactively, cancel the Player's account, and/or take any other appropriate action.
• In accepting winnings or any prize the Player consents to their Player Alias being used for advertising or PR purposes without additional compensation.
• Paddy Power actively endeavours to combat money-laundering.
• Bonus funds are only eligible for play on bingo.
• Management reserves the right to refuse or close any account, at their discretion.

• Should the Player be liable for violating any of the above terms, Paddy Power has the right to cancel the Player's account immediately without prior warning. If an account has been cancelled, all bonus money will be removed without any compensation to the Player.
• Should the Player not fully understand and agree to the above Terms and Conditions, s/he should not register nor participate in any of Paddy Power Bingo's events.
• Employees of Paddy Power Plc are not eligible to participate as Players in the games provided through Paddy Power Bingo.

Chat Rooms

General Rules & Guidelines

1. Remember to welcome new chatters and help them where possible – we like to keep it friendly!
2. Any complaints should be directed to the Help Desk who will be happy to help you resolve any issue experienced. Please see Help Desk Guidelines below and our Bingo help page for more details. If you have submitted a help request to the Help Desk and have not yet received a response, please allow staff adequate time to respond to your ticket.
3. Sorry, but no children (persons younger than 18 years of age) are allowed in chat rooms; this site is for adults only. In the event that a minor gains access to an account held by an adult, the owner of the account will be held responsible for the minor's actions.
4. Soliciting other Players for money is strictly prohibited. Our policy, outlined below, is for the protection of all Players and to maintain an enjoyable environment in our chat rooms:
   • Please don't discuss or announce your account balance as this may cause other Players to feel embarrassed or uneasy
   • Do not solicit Players for "gifts" or "loans" of money, for yourself or any other player
   • Do not solicit winning Players for funds
5. Our Chat Managers (CMs) are there to help you: please respect them.
6. Player aliases must be in good taste and may not have the pre-fix of CM. Paddy Power reserves the right to request that a Player change his/her alias, at the discretion of the management. Should the Player refuse to change /his/her alias within a 48 hour time period, he/she will be permanently blocked from the chat rooms.
7. Please respect fellow players: players should not harass, slander, libel, insult, abuse or threaten others.
8. All discussion of other Bingo sites, advertising of other sites and/or recruitment for, or on behalf of other sites, is strictly prohibited.
9. Paddy Power reserves the right to ban a player from chat, or suspend their chat facility for an unspecified period.
10. Paddy Power has a "3 strikes and you're out" policy with respect to chat bans. If players have their chat banned a total of 3 times due to any type of behaviour deemed abusive or disruptive, the account will be subject to permanent closure, at the discretion of the management.
11. Players are not permitted to slander or libel Paddy Power management, employees or affiliates.

Chat Room Games

1. Chat room games are offered as a way of providing additional fun and chances to win for regular Players and chatters. Bonus funds are intended to enhance the chatters online gaming experience.
2. Chat Bonus funds are awarded in chat to active Players who are playing bingo, with no minimum number of cards. For the purposes of chat-games, an active Player is a Player who has purchased a bingo ticket in the bingo game running concurrently with the chat game in question.
3. The CMs will not hold bonus funds for Players who are not in chat. If you do not respond to the CM, these bonus funds will be awarded to another Player. You must purchase cards to be eligible to receive chat room bonus funds.
