It’s just over a week since launch and we are delighted to tell you that the feedback we’ve received on Paddy’s Star Rewards has been overwhelmingly positive!
Thanks to all of our loyal roomies, who got in touch to share their thoughts with us. As always, we do listen to your feedback and we do take your suggestions on board.
We’d like to take this opportunity to remind all of our players old and new why Paddy’s Star Rewards is here to stay:
- Developed based on direct feed back from thousands of customers, we believe we’ve delivered something that the majority of our players have asked for.
- We’ve done our homework and so we know that the Star Points earn rates compare favourably to those other bingo sites.
- Make sure you understand your Star level and your earn rate as this differs by Star level!
- We’re now rewarding almost 100% of our customers fairly rather than the 10% who were rewarded under the old scheme.

Perhaps most important, is that there’s no such thing as a falling star – you will NEVER drop down to a lower Star level, something which is common practice on other sites – not here!

As for becoming a Supernova, there are no hard and fast rules. It’s an exclusive club with limited places but we can tell you that our current Supernova’s are truly elite players.
