Original Blackjack Symbols
Original Blackjack is played using a standard 52-card deck, with all four suits in play from ace to King. Aces can be both low and high, allowing you to use them as a value of one or 11.
Features and How to Play Original Blackjack Table Game
The object of Original Blackjack is to get a better hand than the dealer's that's lower than or equal to 21. If you get an ace and a face card on your first deal, you will win blackjack, which is paid out instantly at odds of 3:2. All other base game wins against the dealer are paid out at odds of 1:1.
If the dealer's upcard is an ace, you are given the option to accept blackjack insurance before the dealer views their hole card. Insurance is paid at odds of 2:1. If the dealer does have blackjack, you'll lose your original bet but win the 2:1 insurance.
If your first two cards are of the same value e.g. two tens, you can choose to split them and play them in separate hands. You'll have to place an additional bet equal to your first bet to play two hands instead of one.
If you wish to receive just one more card from your hand, you can choose to double down on your original bet. This means doubling your original stake to receive just one more card - this option is only available if your first two cards add up to nine, ten or 11.
